What is your return policy?

You may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours.
Refunds are processed once we receive and check the returned item.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product is defective.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship exclusively to the United States and Mexico.
We are working on expanding to more countries soon — stay tuned!

Why is my item on backoreder?

Some of our products are in high demand or imported directly from international suppliers.
If your item is on backorder, it means we’re currently restocking it and it will ship as soon as it becomes available.
You’ll receive an update with an estimated delivery date once your order is confirmed.

How do I return my item if I am an international customer?

At this time, we only accept returns from orders shipped within the United States and Mexico.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

How do I exchange my oreder?

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order separately.

How do I qualify for a free shiping?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $30 within the United States and Mexico.
The free shipping option will be automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies.

How do I make a return?

To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.
Items must be unused, unopened, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.

Returning defective/wrong items
